Initially an occupational therapist, Sherry Ryan has been providing healing services to her clients since 1995 and teaching yoga for over twenty years. She specializes in one-on-one instruction for beginners and experienced yogis. Sessions for pain and stress include breathing and restorative techniques. Combined with mindfulness, these techniques help you become more aware of your body and allow for conscious letting go of tension and holding patterns in both active and restful yoga poses.
