Anne Troake

Anne Troake has been teaching Pilates and rehabilitative movement for over two decades. Throughout Anne’s career, her driving force has been to assist clients to move with greater ease and build strategies to alleviate pain and dis-ease. Through the work, she has discovered that complaints have implications for the entire physical system as well as impacts to our psycho-emotional selves. In recent years, Anne researched areas for further training that would broaden her knowledge and expand her capacity as a healer and practitioner. As a recent graduate of the National Academy of Osteopathy, her designation as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner gives her a host of hands-on techniques as well as nutrition, rehabilitative exercises and somatic wellness training. The program provided a robust, well-rounded set of tools for Anne to integrate and adapt in her practice. She looks forward to helping her patients so that their entire body and its systems function optimally.
